training academy

  • Community Outreach Consultancy provides care for children and adults with significant complex needs and/or disabilities in their own home. This requires a broad skill mix of appropriately trained staff to provide high quality care in the community setting
  • We ensure that our staff are competent, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced to deliver care. All our qualified nurses and carers undergo an induction programme to include appropriate mandatory updates such as Basic Life Support, Food Hygiene, Moving and Handling, Administration of Medicines, Fire Safety and Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults
  • We also provide ongoing and client specific training to meet the required care needs of the child/young person. This means that care can be ‘client centred’ flexible and adapted to their individual preferences and lifestyle
